The Billiard Room in the Former Avalon Ballroom Loft with the Living Room in the background. The Billiard Room was located between the Bar and Living Room. The Bar, Billiard Room and Living Room were the only rooms in the Loft with natural light from the windows looking out to Sutter Street.
