Lombard Street House
Home of The Real World San Francisco
949-953 Lombard Street
San Francisco, CA 94133
Lombard Street House Information:
The four-story, 3,705 square foot House is located on Lombard Street between Leavenworth Street and Jones Street, one block east the eight sharp turns which have earned the street the distinction of being “the crookedest street in the United States”.
The third and fourth floors of the House were renovated for the filming of the series.
On June 8, 2000, a fire gutted the House causing approximately $2 million in damages. Several years after the fire, it was completely renovated and now only slightly resembles the House that was used for the filming of the series.
