The 6,845 square foot, multi-level, five bedroom, six and a half bathroom Beach House is located in La Jolla, an affluent coastal community in San Diego. Prior to the filming of the series, the House was listed for rent at $50,000 a month.

The interior of the House was designed for filming by Leonhardt Scenic Designs. A majority of the artwork was provided by Amy Baca Lopez. The La Jolla Beach House is located 7.6 miles from the Former Blue Crab Restaurant used in the filming of the fourteenth season.
The La Jolla Beach House has been returned to it's original condition.
