ME by Melia Cancun
SuiteME Information:
The ME by Melia Cancun was located in the hotel zone between the Beach Palace Wyndham Grand Resort and Park Royal Piramides. Formerly known as the Melia Turquesa, the ME Cancun was fully renovated in 2007 and relaunched under the company's younger lifestyle brand. The 11 floor resort featured 417 rooms, all with ocean and sunset lagoon views, including The Level with 35 The Level Rooms, 29 Loft Suites, 4 Passion Suites, 2 The Level Suites and Suite ME.
A total of fifteen hotel rooms were converted into what became SuiteME, eleven rooms on the second floor, and four rooms on the third floor. Production Designer Chuck Aubrey used ME's signature furnishings, art and sculpture, along with The Real World's typical vibrant colors.
In 2012, the resort was sold and later rebranded as Melody Maker. It has since been rebranded again and is currently Amar House. SuiteME in ME by Melia was available to the public.
